The Feisty Greek

I ordered a large corporate lunch to be picked up. I must say from start to finish the process and end results were 10/10. I would recommend this restaurant!! I have been here with my sister, on date night and now have ordered a corporate lunch. This past experience has solidified this as a go to spot for me. My latest experience is what really set this review in motion and made me write it. When I spoke with the gentleman on the phone to place the order he explained everything well, re-read my very large order and made sure to take care of the input into the system. Upon pick up the entire order was placed in bags ready to go and included cutlery. Additionally, upon pick up I was assisted to my car with all of the bags. The best gyro around! I add feta to top it off. They also have a homemade greek dressing that is just tasty and perfect on anything. I usually get the chicken gyro but they do offer the lamb, both on the rotating skewer. Friendly, privately owned with the brother owners almost always there making sure everything runs smoothly. If you haven't tried it, please do.

If you are craving for Mediterranean food, this is probably one of the best restaurant in Norwood. The food is consistently good and the portions are generous. I have tried all three kabobs - lamb, chicken and shrimp, always cooked perfectly and delicious in every bite.

The Service This fast paced casual restaurant managed their busy crowd very efficiently while also providing friendly service. I appreciated the counter employees communicating the expected wait time (30 mins) as they appeared to be in the midst of peak service hours. The gentleman taking my order was very helpful in explaining combination options. Although packed, the restaurant wasn’t obnoxiously loud or chaotic. Management is doing a great job creating a relaxed atmosphere relative to the venue type. The dinning area was full but there was available seating. It was my turn to pick lunch for everyone at work so I decided to get Gyros. Is the Greek place really close to where we work but I wanted to try something new and everyone said that the feisty Greek was actually really good. They weren't lying, the traditional gyro was delicious! The next time I order that sandwich I'm going to order it with lettuce on it, but then there were french fries within and that is always my favorite!!
