The Feathered Star Bed & Breakfast

Really happy with our stay at feathered star. Our room (#3) was spacious and had its own door to the backyard which was amazing for our pup. The bed was comfortable and room was clean with garbages taken out every day. Sandy was so welcoming and lovely. She puts out fresh cut fruit and a different baked good every morning (her strawberry muffins were my favorite). The location of feathered star is also great. Our favorite cities to visit were egg harbor and Ephraim, which was perfect with our base being at feathered star.

My dog Rosie and I had an excellent stay at the Feathered Star B&B. It's not always easy finding comfortable and friendly places to stay with a dog, but this one definitely fit the bill! The owner Sandy was very kind and a wonderful host. She made both my dog and I feel very welcome! You can't beat the location, and it's a comfortable and quiet place to stay while enjoying the area! Thank you, Sandy! We will be back!

We spent three great days here. Our room was large, attached bathroom, nice closet and fireplace. The bed was so comfy. We didn't bring our fur-baby but all the rooms have direct access to the outside to accommodate them. Sandra has a wonderful place that we loved and hope to return. While in the area you must eat at Alexanders (was out of this world) and stop for a brew at One Barrel for some of their own brew.

First time staying in a B&B, and I was very pleased. The Innkeeper, Sandy, was friendly and focused on meeting the individual needs of her guests. Breakfast was always pleasant consisting of Door County coffee, fresh fruit and made from scratch muffins or coffee cakes. Both the building and Innkeeper are very accommodating to people with handicaps and/or pets. Remote enough for relaxing or reflecting quietly on my deck yet close enough to easily enjoy all the activities Door County is known for. I will be back.

Excellent and comfortable space right next to Door County Winery/Distillery etc. Just down the road from everything else. Prompt breakfast of scratch-made pastries is a nice touch. Very old home comfortable feel that made our stay cozy and inviting. ACTUALLY dog friendly (stay in room 5/6 for a patio and unfettered access to the trails and backyard for the pups), though every room is capable of comfortably housing your dog. Made us feel special and valued as a guest! If you want something comfortable, affordable, and accessible for your weekend in Door, dog or no this is your spot 🙂
