The Etna Rosso - this is truly one of the most special places my husband and I have ever been. The atmosphere is beautiful and authentic, the service is so welcoming and fantastic, and the food - wow - the absolute best!!!!! I’m Italian and tend to be a tough critic, and this is the best. I feel transported!!! I wish we lived on the East coast, but luckily we’re on the west coast less than 2 hours away and this is the only place I want to have dinner when we come to town. What a gem, we are fortunate to have this incredible Italian restaurant in FL!!!

Everything about this restaurant was delightful. Food was delicious, Luca’s customer service was stellar, and the ambiance was very calming and cozy. I’m looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend to anyone planning to dine in the area and wanting to try authentic Italian cuisine.

My husband and I went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. Even with a last minute reservation, they made sure to accommodate us. They even gave us a private area away from the main dining area for a more intimate setting. Luca, the owner, was extremely personable. The food was amazing. Everything was made fresh. Luca even upgraded my wine since we were first time customers. 10 out of 10 on food and customer service. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!

Etna Rosso quickly became one of my very favorite restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale. When we told the owner how much we enjoyed the experience, he responded, "I can only take 50% of the credit. I'm glad you liked our food, but the people we share it with is what makes the whole experience. Thank you for coming tonight." I was blown away by that response. They treat their food and their customers with great care and attention as a result of this philosophy. The gnocchi is quite simply the best I have ever had. It retains the fluffy potato texture without being rubbery or chewy, and the depth of flavors were perfect. All the homemade pastas were impeccably made with great mouth feel to perfect doneness.
