The Edelweiss Bistro

What a fantastic discovery! The restaurant is upstairs, or elevator in the distillary. The food was to wow good. Mouth paradise 🙏🙏 and cranberry mustard is stupid good! Our waitress was really special. We'll definitely make another trip from Spokane to eat here again.!

Bayern has been my favorite MT brewery for ages so I was excited to finally visit them. It's a cozy spot and service was friendly. Beer is amazing as always. We just got a Bavarian pretzel to eat and that was kind of mediocre. I appreciate all the mustard options but a simple french/dijon that isn't super sweet would be appreciated.

Took takeout for two people from here while passing through. The prices are right and the portions are good. Flavorful, fresh, and pretty authentic. Their beer is tasty too!

This place was so fun to visit with excellent food, beer, service, and pricing! Even my 3 year old who has never had German food ate almost all her sausage and spaetzle and loved it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a truly authentic German restaurant with great beer to come here. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Everything about this place was a 5 star experience (can I give higher than 5?). This place is legit. The brewery is huge and you can see it through a window upstairs. Lots of options for beer on tap. Kelly was the most amazing waitress. She made us feel VIP. The food was straight out of Germany (even way better than the food we’ve had there; more fresh and hot). The bread that I got the brat sandwiching had just come out of the oven. We have yet to have seen Leberkase on the menu in the German restaurants in the US but they had it and boy did they know how to do it right. AMAZING. So wish we lived driving distance to this place; we would come all the time.
