The Eatery &1943 PUB

Stopped in this local eatery and were so impressed with the service and the meals. Probably the best Cajun blackened Salmon I've ever had! Kate Callahan is an excellent cook and generous with her proportions. This was my husband's birthday dinner and it didn't disappoint! We will be stopping in again on our travels down the I-15 corridor.

Amazing stop on our way to St. George. We could have just split the pancake breakfast and still had leftovers, but the Writers Hash spoke to me because I'm an author. Both meals were delicious from the first bite to the last. Loved the hash browns, sausages, and even the wheat toast was perfectly crisp and deliciousl. Dani and Sylvia took great care of us. We will certainly be back!

Stopped in The Eatery in Fillmore for lunch and it didn’t disappoint. The food was great, but what really stood out was the team. Crystal and Phillip were running the kitchen and turned out a burger and fries that hit the spot after hours on the road. Our waitress Amanda was friendly, quick, and kept everything running smooth. Small-town hospitality paired with good food makes this a must-stop if you’re passing through Fillmore. Thanks Crystal, Phillip, and Amanda for the warm welcome and solid service.

So there you are, you've just dealt with the mad traffic in SLC while heading sourth and all of the supposeldly good resturants in the area have a +1hr wait time. The better half happens to check out a newer place in Fillmore, UT. We were hungry enough and tired enough, we decided to take a chance on this small out of the way town and resturant. Boy were we surprised! We walked into a very pleasant environment with quite a few locals. The service was top knotch, the dinner was perfect, the prices were reasonable and we had a very good time having dinner. So if you are in need of a good meal with all the added benefits of reasonable price, great serive, and a friendly place, do yourself a favor and add this place to your list of places to check out.

If your looking for a good time, good food come to this place! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing with the option to take it to another level with a variety of different adult beverages! The food is solid shout out to Scott best chef and the drinks plus the bartenders are outstanding, shout out to sunshine, always brightening up the night and amazing service! Would highly recommend
