The Downtown Mug

Such a cool coffee shop! The honey bee latte was amazing, and the customer service from Kiera was excellent. I love that it’s attached to the library—you can sip your drink and read, which is such a unique touch. Neat, cozy atmosphere with great coffee, smoothie, and pastry options. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

The Downtown Mug is, to my understanding, a sister location to the Broken Mug. It's a smaller coffee location, with access to the Columbus Public Library. Not a whole lot of seats in the coffeehouse itself, but it has access to wall plugs, which is great if you have a phone or laptop charge when getting some work done. The coffee is great! A nice addition to the Broken Mug.

Smoothies and coffee is super delicious. Pastries are very good warn and fresh. The customer service is awesome. Very friendly staff.

I enjoyed a couple cups of well brewed black coffee. I'd like to give 5 stars but they only had to go cups and no mugs. It's always best out of a mug. Also a lack of sociable comfy seating and I learned The Broken Mug is the same joint and that's where you go for the atmosphere and experience.

The lady whom works only Saturdays is friendly and greets every customer as a dignified person. The weekday, day shift workers will greet some and others will refuse to say a word. Not a great way to treat the entirety of those whom visit The Downtown Mug.
