The Dorset is a cute place to have breakfast or lunch. It's right in the main area of Ventnor City. The service is very friendly as well as the atmosphere is very beachy and open which is relaxing

You can never go wrong with breakfast or lunch at the Dorset! Great food, great atmosphere and also not too expensive!

I used to go to this place years ago when the previous owners owned it and it was called something else. Even as a native, I forget. It was a good place to go for good food and service at a great price. I was in Ventnor with a friend, who is not from this area. I thought it would be a good place to eat.. At first, I noticed the name change. New owners and new indoor/outdoor seating . Making parking very scarce. We were seated right away. It took an unusually long time for our server to first acknowledge us. Our server finally came over and we immediately ordered. My scrambled eggs didn’t look like they were made from real eggs. Wow!!! The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was beachy without going over the top. And the service was superb. Elvia told us where a beautiful abnb was for our next visit. We will be back.

My wife and I met some friends here to have breakfast. It is the shore so I expect prices to be higher than other locations so I did not think the pricing was out of line. The food was tasty. Since we had breakfast, refilling the coffee cups was one of our highest priorities and our server took good care of us. Since we hadn’t seen our friends in a while we talked a long while after our food was eaten and we were not pressured to give up our table. I would go back again.
