The Diner

We just stopped here for a quick bite before hitting the road back home, and it ended up being an awesome experience. The food hit the spot perfectly. 😁 I got the burger special (they nailed it with the mayo on the side) and a cold Miller Lite. My wife loved her hearty chicken noodle soup, and her sister devoured her fries. Everything was fresh and exactly what we needed. But the main reason I'm writing this is our waitress. She was absolutely incredible. We got so caught up chatting with her about her five pets that I totally forgot to ask for her name! It’s really rare to find someone so down to earth and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel like we were just hanging out with family. To management: whoever she is, she deserves a raise. Great food, but the service was one in a million.

Came to this restaurant with my family. I ordered the fish and chips. My wife ordered the Philly cheesesteak. I will say the Philly actually turned out pretty good. My parents ordered the nachos, which were supposed to come with guacamole, beans, scallions, shredded cheese, and queso. What ended up coming out was queso and olives with massive chunks of onions and massive chunks of tomatoes. Not even close to what was listed. Service was terrible. All the food came out at random times. My fish and chips arrived over an hour late. Eventually everything came out, but by then it did not even matter. Waited 30 minutes to get seat, half of restaurant was empty. Too 50 minutes to get our food. This is completely unacceptable. Anyone that is coming to Primm for any reason, make sure to get a meal before you arrive here. It will be nice to see this place revitalized but it's going to take some good customer service. I truly hope ownership or upper management takes into consideration Google Gides reviews because we are many and offer honest reviews. The place is looking nicer since I was here last time, looks freshly painted and kepped. Slot machines are way go tight. Access is good at this location.

The diner is so poorly managed. I should not have given 2 stars for the food. However the burger at least was cooked almost to order. The fries were cold!! I ordered my food and was told 15 minutes to prepare. It had to sit on the counter another 15 minutes before they gave it to me luke warm. The cheese was melted so I know the food was warm at some point. The entire casino is disgusting. The carpets look like they vacuum with a speedy sweep. The brick looking stamped concrete is very dull. Dust everywhere. The only saving grace this place has is the cheap slots.

Overall a decent place to fill your stomach, but takes a long time. The staff themselves were friendly and gave helpful advice but service was slow. What We Ordered: Barbeque Chicken Tenders Turkey Bacon Club Chicken Noodle Soup Caesar Salad How it Tasted: The salad had a generous amount of croutons and the dressing was tasty but there was a bit too much of the dressing. The chicken soup was pretty bland, but would be great if you needed something easy on the stomach. My turkey club had plentiful turkey and bacon, and I enjoyed it very much.
