Flavorful - get the gravy and green chile combo for your skillet! Generous, finished the plate, but didn’t need any more food. Feels like a diner - clean and cozy. Will definitely return.
Stopped by this diner on our way back from Ouray as it was open on Sunday. The seating is not reserved and you could sit anywhere you wish to. We ordered the eagle burrito and the chicken and waffles. Our order was served quickly and the coffee provided was also freshly brewed. The parking is also free on the main street and woul definitely recommend stopping by this place.
Best breakfast skillet I've had in my life
This place is one of the best breakfast places I've ever been too. Everything is basically made from scratch including the biscuits which I could have had 15 they were so good. I've been traveling to CO from CT yearly and hands down this small business is the best. My carnitas breakfast skillet was an amazingly delicious, spicy and the coffee was good. Wonderful way to start my day.
