The Den on Route 66

My son-in-law and I were driving through Groom, TX, and stopped at The Den of Route 66. We were a little wary when we first pulled up at this unassuming shop. We were very pleasantly surprised! Our coffee and breakfast burritos were delicious! If you're ever driving through there, check it out. You won't be sorry.

If I could give them 10 stars for service, I would! I showed up about 10 minutes after closing and the young ladies working were very kind enough to make me a sandwich and sell me some drinks!!! I appreciate that so much!! As I drive a big rig, I had no where else to go for night, and just wanted a decent dinner! Thank you!!

We love this tiny gas station and convenience store! We always stop when we travel this route. They make decent food for easy meals, offer a good bc story of convenience items for purchase and have a cozy place to sit if you need a break from the road. Stop by and say hi and support the local business! Pro tip: breakfast burritos are good and easy to grab on a quick morning!

Great spot off of Route 66. Nice family run business. wide assortment of local and Texas products.

super cool and friendly place. Stopped in on a road trip from nevada to georgia and picked up the whipped tallow and lip balm from 30 Acres. super great after spending so much time in a dry climate. the girl at the front counter was super nice too and she put ice cubes in my brothers americano so he wouldn’t get burned (very cool)
