The Crawfish Hut

This is one of my favorite crawfish spots because the crawfish usually tastes clean and never has that strong smell. Unfortunately, today the crawfish heads tasted a bit fishy, which normally never happens. I’m not sure if it’s because of the season, but it was disappointing since it’s usually very good. On top of that, near the end of the meal I picked up a shrimp and saw this… 😳 I really hope it’s just regular hair and not that kind of hair I’m thinking about 😭🙏🏻 I still like this place and hope this was just a one time issue. Hopefully the food preparation and cleanliness will be better next time.

We ordered snow crab legs, lobster tail, crawfish, shrimp, and garlic noodles. The lobster tail really stood out. The sauce was amazing! Great service and a very pleasant overall experience. Will definitely be back!

First time trying out Crawfish Hut, and it was pretty good! The waiter was friendly and took the time to explain the different ordering options. Most items are priced per pound, unless marked at market price. I ordered crawfish and shrimp with the Hut Special seasoning, which had great flavor. Just a heads up—the spice level can be pretty intense for some. I also tried the oysters, which were okay but not the most flavorful. Overall, the place is nicely renovated with plenty of parking outside. They also provide plastic gloves and a bib, which is a nice touch.

Three friends and I had a nice lunch here. We got one of the combinations that included shrimp, crab clusters and clams, plus we added mussels. The seafood and house sauce were great - so flavorful! We also got the garlic noodles, which were tasty as is but made even better with some extra sauce from the seafood.

The sauce on the sea food boil was amazing! So delicious. It was a little loud, but other than that we had a great time!
