The Cowboy Palace, Odessa Tx

I ate here for the first time and I was hooked immediately. The menu has a great variety to choose from. They offer breakfast every day until 3pm. The portions are large and delicious. Chips and salsa are available to order, but they bring a complimentary bowl of fideo out as well. My server, Michelle was excellent. She checked on me often and made sure I had everything I needed. I also spoke with Vladimir for a while. Great guy. He gave me the history of the restaurant and told me about their social media work. I had the pork belly bites and combo fajitas. It was all hot and flavorful. Very good place to eat. Huge menu. Highly recommend this place.

ABSOLUTE CINEMA...or so close The little fideo soup was a great little start, but we got the pork belly bites appetizer. One of the greatest things I've ever eaten no joke. We started off insane. The mac and cheese ribeye was 100% worth every penny. I couldnt believe what I was tasting. The sides were also super solid being mashed potatoes and broccoli, but paired with the Cajun sauce it was elevated to new heights. At this point I was excited for the medium rare filet mignon and after I cut the first strip off, all brown. Was very bummed to see a medium filet, but hoped the taste was worth the price, in short, it was not. I came to this place probably a month after it opened and wasn't to impressed. The salad bar was my highlight of my meal. Fast forward to today. Walked in atmosphere was great good music and place was pretty full. We were seated got our drinks and after looking over the menu we decided on the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and the salad bar. Along with the macaroni n cheese steak bites. Personally I think the salad bar is excellent. The only thing I would add would be some type of meat. Like a cubed ham or bacon bits. Right when we finished our salads our meals came out. The chicken fried was a nice thick cut also tender. The gravy was good. The macaroni was extremely cheesy and not watered down. The steak bites were cooked perfect with a great flavor to add. What a great Steak House 🥰!!! Our first time dining at this restaurant. We all “25 of us” went here for a friend’s birthday dinner and they definitely know how to whoop it up 😍 for you. I think it’s the BEST BIRTHDAY PERFORMANCE of any restaurant in town!!! The food is amazing, drinks are great and the beer is COLD! Service is definitely on POINT and fast! I didn’t try the salad bar but I will have to try it next time. Lot’s of TV’s with sports and awesome atmosphere and cool decor. Kudos on how clean their restrooms are 👍.

I ate here for the 2nd time today. The food was delicious and the staff is very friendly. I sat at the bar and my waitress/bartender Marlen, was very attentive, fast and sweet. Will definitely be going back.
