The Corner Spot Cafe

Friendly staff, everytime I go. It's usually only one person working but it's never really a long wait for them to make the people invited lose order. It has some of the best croissants and desserts in the Astoria ditmars area. Today I ate a cheese filled croissant, oh my goodness it was so tasty. So the sweet ones are good, the savory ones are better and the coffee is too notch. I am definitely a fan. Great cafe. I need to go more often.

I have lived in Astoria for about 10 years now and I recently tried this place for the first time from TooGoodToGo. It was exceptional. Their cheese pie, their apple strudel variant, and even their savory croissant sandwiches, it was all up there with the best I've had. If you like any of those items, I suggest giving them a try. It was delicious.

Great service, nice ambiance nestled in a corner in Ditmars, and their pastries were SOO good. I picked up a Too Good to Go order from here and I enjoyed their buttery pastries so much, they were perfectly light and crispy on the outside and filled with delicious filling.

Such a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast!! They have the yummiest matcha latte in the neighborhood IMO. I also enjoy the freddo espresso too. I like getting the avocado toast and sitting at the window while I wait for my mechanic work to finish next door 🥰 Dimos the barista is sooo friendly and always makes me a yummy drink ☕️ always excellent service here

The corner spot on Steinway Street and 23rd Ave in Astoria is a favorite for locals. I had a frappe and spinach pie and watched some of the football game with a friend - Eagles v Niners. This is a clean and friendly neighborhood spot with a nice selection of sandwiches and Greek pies. It’s still cold out but when it warms up they do have outdoor seating.
