The Corner

The Corner is one of my favorite lunch spots in all of Boulder. Their Argentinian steak sandwich is outstanding. The steak is cooked pretty much to perfection. I also am a big fan of their iced coffee, which matches perfectly with the sandwich. The combo made for a satisfying, filling meal. The vibe at The Corner felt casual and welcoming, which made the sandwich taste even better. If you ever want a great, quick bite and a solid iced coffee, The Corner is definitely worth a stop.

What can I say about the Corner that I haven’t already written in my private journal? The staff here are like the family I never had. The food can best be described not with words, but with the orgasmic sensation Buddhists experience when they reach Nirvana. The butternut squash soup is the closest I’ll ever get to sampling the milk from the teat of our celestial Mother Gaea. Come to the Corner if you want your life to change.

I recently ordered a steak sandwich from the corner, and I open the box to this…2 measly pieces of steak on soggy bread. I hate to say it, but this is a 1 star for me.

Great location. The food was awesome. The staff was great. We ordered grill fish tacos, coconut curry with chicken and Turkey chili soup. Every dish was fantastic. The outside patio to sit and eat was a nice little addition.

Staff stressed so not friendly, trash all over the premises, food unreasonably late, toast soggy, over easy eggs hard, bacon forgotten then a couple of bits added. Only reason I gave a star is because it was at least tasty. Looks like you are going for the money instead of quality and service. If you’re not greedy and can’t keep up then slow the orders. Feels more like a big city profiteer than Boulder. Pity.
