Amazing delicious and nutritious sourdough bread! A friend introduced me to Einkorn flour several years ago, as my digestion was not tolerating grocery store-bought breads. I was basically using my bread maker to produce bread and it was better than gluten-free breads, but still just OK. So I was delighted when I saw The Confident Baker‘s breads in a local Whole Food Grocer! The Confident Baker Einkorn breads and products are amazing. Being gluten sensitive, I was so happy that I could enjoy these breads/products without digestive distress. Don’t forget to try the Einkorn pancake mix! Yummy!

This is THE BEST sourdough bread you will ever have!! It seems like everything Danielle makes is pure perfection. It’s exciting to try something new each week too - whether it be a pumpkin cookie or a pumpkin loaf or a chocolate chip loaf or something with herbs… It’s always something great! I’m thankful to support somebody local and somebody fabulous. Our family appreciates that corners aren’t cut with quality and I feel good about feeding my family Confident Baker bread.

Outstanding. We get to our health food store around delivery time so that we can secure our bread.We buy one of each and freeze for the week. Flavors and texture of the bread is like no other. Happy to live in an area where there are local fresh bakeries. Their bread is a must try.

The organic sourdough bread is the best I have ever had! The organic Einkorn wheat is a game changer. Excellent quality and very healthy. Thank you!
