The Conch House

This stay is a new favorite of ours! The room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating, it truly felt like a classic bed & breakfast experience. Its charm was unmatched, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to Duval Street, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet during the day while relaxing by the pool.|We stayed for three nights and honestly wish we could have stayed longer!

This historic B&B is beautiful, clean, well-run and perfectly located. Hillary, Carol and Rebecca are so personable and helpful as hosts. The included daily breakfast is always a treat and includes great coffee, fresh fruit, homemade goodies and mimosas. You can rent bikes on site and that’s all you need to get to most of the popular spots on the island. There is a parking lot onsite, which is a huge convenience. It’s nice that you won’t need your car again until you leave though. Walking and biking Key West slows you down to island time and helps you see more of it along the way. Many of the guests, like me, return year after year, so plan ahead and give yourself something to look forward to.

The staff were very kind, personable, and took time to socialize with the guests making it very comfortable and intimate. The rooms were nice and the location on Key West makes every major site walkable. Breakfast every day was delicious. We felt at home and would have preferred to stay longer.

My husband and I just returned from a 6-night stay at the Conch House Heritage Inn. Location was within walking distance to Duval Street and many excellent restaurants. Our room was spacious with beautiful antique furnishings. Very clean along with very comfortable mattress and pillows. The inn itself is beautiful and historic. Delicious light breakfast provided.Very nice pool and grounds. We have been coming to Key West for over 25 years and wish we had found this gem earlier but better late than never. We just booked a 9-night stay for March 2026. The staff (Hillary, Rebecca, Cathy and Lynn) was welcoming, very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Steve and Marilyn

My husband booked our stay at The Conch House for our Wedding Anniversary and my Birthday. The accommodations were amazing along with the staff. Our continental breakfast was unlike any other you’d get at big chain hotels. They had fresh baked goods brought it every morning fresh. I’m still raving about how quaint, private and close but far away enough from Duval St. We will definitely return to The Conch House!!!!!!
