The Colonial Manor Bed and Breakfast

Can’t speak on the property, just on the hosts customer service. On July 18th I booked a room for 3 people through Airbnb. It was filtered to only show me listings for three people. Also on July 18th, this host confirmed my booking. Fast forward to last night July 23rd at 9:57pm. I received a message stating: “Dear Morgan, Thank you for your inquiry . I see you have 3 guest marked for your stay on Sept.19-20. Can you please indicate on who the third guest is so we can prepare accordingly. Thank you, Debbie Goode Colonial Manors B&B Owner” I didn’t get the message as I was already in bed, and then went to work the next morning. My husband and I booked a stay at this delightful B&B for just one night on April 4th since we had a morning meeting in the area. From the moment we drove up the inviting lane to the property we knew we had found something special! Even though it was early spring and the bulbs hadn't come up and the leaves hadn't popped out on the trees, the property was so lovely! We were immediately impressed.||||The hosts were very welcoming. They took us to our room, showed us a few details that we needed to know and let us know how to contact them if we needed anything. We certainly felt welcome.||||Since we were only staying for one night and did not need a suite we opted for the Castillo Chateau. Just spent the night there. Absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable homey bed and breakfast. Debbie is a great hostess and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Was recently at a wedding at this location and I was appalled at how the bride, groom, and wedding guests were treated here. To start with the couple had booked all the rooms out but were told a week before the wedding that one of the rooms had flooded and they wouldn't have to pay to rent that one out since it was "uninhabitable" at the time, but then DURING the wedding the owners "close friends" came to stay in the unbooked room; and even by the time the bride and groom left the next day no one asked or even told the couple getting married that random people would be staying upstairs with the wedding party while the bride, groom, and wedding party's belongings were out in the open and their doors unlocked and open because the wedding party had thought they were the only people staying at

What a wonderful place. I will be returning by myself, with family, and friends. I was only there for 1 day and 1 night and I could've stayed the rest of the week. Debbie and Brent could not have been more attentive. The property is beautiful inside and out. It is immaculate. This is hands down better than any hotel I have ever stayed at. Debbie made a delicious breakfast! This is my new favorite place.
