The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I placed a mobile order and when i came in there were a few people but it honestly wasnt very busy it had been like 20 minutes since my mobile order which was only 1 small drink was placed so i let the chunky white girl with black hair and a lip peircing know i had a mobile order and she rudely said they would call it out when its ready i waited a few more minutes and she just threw it on the counter and didnt even call the order out. This was after the small rush they had and i was very nice and understanding and she was incredibly rude and gave me a very dirty look. I believe her name was melanie.

Staff are friendly and environment is welcoming. I am disappointed to say that they never have my first drink option available due to being out of something so I always need to choose another item. Their displays do not always reflect what they have available to order. I think if they are no longer offering the item due to season changes they should remove that advertising on their walls right away.

The drinks are always great but customer service is lacking. They seem annoyed to take my order. When I went to grab my drink it seemed I was interrupting their talking session. I was excited when I moved here to live near a Coffee Bean but I won’t be returning to this location.

Great coffee and experience. Felt like the staff really loved their job and coffee. Great energy. The Coffee Bean offers is crushed ice.

Staff is always friendly and everyone here works diligently to get drinks out as fast as they come in. Even when the line seems long (which is usually someone that stands there for 10 minutes trying to decide), the drinks are usually done just after you order.
