The Coconut Downtown

I am gluten free and appreciate a restaurant that has their menu clearly marked on what dishes can be prepared gluten free. They also had vegan options marked. We came here on a Thursday night as we passed through town. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and we were seated right away. I know spicy levels are relative but the waitress explained that they use fresh chilis which makes their food hotter than if they used dried chilis. At another Thai restaurant I frequent, I have to order a level 4 but this restaurant has true spice levels. I ordered a level 2 and it was hot…maybe a little too hot for me combined with the temperature hot of the noodles. My husband and I both ordered the pork pad Thai. The pork was pork belly and it was nice and crispy but too fatty for me and it could

✌️words for you matey. Pumpkin Curry. I've eaten here many a time and I am full and happy when I leave. Always flavorful, hot, and the stuff looks beautiful. It tastes every bit as good as it looks. The spot has a lovely view of the downtown and the biggest little skyscrapers in all the west. Eat, drink and get some ice cream next door cause it's damn good cream. Happy sailing. 🍜🏴‍☠️

Friendly fast service with delicious food. Highly recommended. Ordered the Pad Thai with chicken. The portion was massive. Ordered the Fresh rolls as well, the peanut sauce that came with the order was great.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly. The food was delish, the fried calamari was golden and so good, none of that heavy grease taste. My coconut soup was amazing, generous portion and piping hot. We also ordered some chicken and veggies, fresh and delightful. I Highly recommend checking it out !
