The Chocolate Bar

This place was so lovely. I Occasionally come to Grand Island from Lincoln for work. The downtown is so lovely. This Chocolate Bar is a great place; plenary if option, including food and drinks. Love all the creative decor. Super nice staff. Absolutely the best in town.

Very interesting place. We came 1 hour before the closing. But the atmosphere was, that they are ready to go home. It does look like well maintained, clean. But also very unusual that they will clean tables and floor when you eat. The food was just heated, but still ok. The top thing was, it is 8.10 you have to leave! I am not sure what format is this, bakery, cafe, coffee shop, home restaurant?

10/10 for this elegant spot in Downtown Grand Island. Attention to every detail was paid from the fabulous music, soft lighting, cozy temperature, shiny glassware, cute plates to the calming sunlit dining area. We sat at the comfy bar and sampled the yummy adult drinks, a decadent latte, and eyed the delectable gluten-free goodies but were too full after our incredible lunch to try any sweets. I love that I could order a gluten-free grilled cheese with my home-made tasty tortilla soup and who could forget the incredible famous Dreisbach augratins! I nearly licked my bowl clean. Whether you need a quiet spot to start your morning with a delicious coffee, a sunny place for a perfect lunch or a romantic dinner idea for date night out, the Chocolate Bar quite impressively has something for eve

I love this place. It is a go-to for my mom and I. They always give us friendly service and the prime rib never disappoints. The atmosphere is amazing and give a comfy relaxing feel as you’re dining in especially at Christmas time. I live in Lincoln and meet my mom here every time I come to town to visit. Place is amazing. Highly recommend!

I loved the food. The presentation was great, the flavors complex and the dessert was decedent. It's a cute place with a back room for parties, but the front area where we sat felt crowded even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The decor is a bit plain, which added to my surprise how nicely our food and drinks were presented. Although the prices are on the upper end, it was all worth it. The service was friendly and quick. I will definitely return for the dessert and coffee alone
