The Chippery Jersey City

It's a great pleasure to do an event with the Chippery for Governor Of Livingston School Ice Cream. Fish and chips were delicious and I look forward to having them again

Stopped to get gasoline and saw this small food truck on the side of the lot. I looked online and saw it had good reviews. I decided to try it out and had some fried fish and shrimp with chips. I was delightfully surprised. It was actually really good. The seafood is very fresh and the cooker actually dipped it in the batter right in front me. The shrimp are not big but ok sized, all that was missing was some coleslaw. If you’re on the road in the Jersey City area and have an urge for some fried fish you can stop here because this is a very good option. It’s a very small food truck but the food is freshly cooked with a very big tast! The seasoning on the chips and all the dipping sauces are a nice addition. You want to eat fried fish and chips this is the place to go. The guy there Omar the worker is very respectful and funny. I ordered the Titanic that includes fish, shrimp, calamari and chips was freaking delicious I forgot to take a picture for the review because I was destroying it. Great place to grab a quick bite on the go. I forgot to mention they also have wings for football games. I recommend this place for grab n go enjoy!!! 🫡

If i could give 100 stars i would! The guy that runs the stand at the gas station in jersey city is amazing! So friendly every time me and my gf go and i am super happy to have him and the chippery in our city! The friendliness of the guy is just top jotch every visit! He greets you with a smile and is very attentive to your order details! The fish and chips are so light and the seasoning is perfect! Its a very nice way to present fish and chips and the fish pieces are huge! Will be a return customer for life!

Really enjoy this late night sea fry establishment. The food is good & have variation of different seasonings & sauce sides based on the platform you order from. The packing is made to prevent moisture build up & still keep the food hot. The best part is the sweets the fried Twix is so worth it!
