Omg! This place is worth the price. The hamburgers are enormous and let me tell you, the mad dog can't be completed in one sitting. They are huge! I got 2-3 meals out on 1. I will be here every shutdown.

I've eaten here twice, both times gotten a burger, which was huge and phenomenal both times, hand pattied, seasoned and cooked perfectly. It's definitely not McDonald's. It was difficult to eat on the move, so I'd plan on eating there. Service was outstanding both times, only reason for a 4 star on service was that they cook to order, so if you're in a rush, call 15-20 minutes ahead to place your order unless you're getting the hot bar, which they will serve you up and you're ready to go. Atmosphere is quaint, no TV's or music (only reason for 3 star on atmosphere), staff is extremely friendly and restaurantis very clean. Overall, it is a very good restaurant. It's a very busy place, especially at lunch so parking can be an issue if hit at peak time but I would definitely stop by, without

This place helps put Alabama on the map when it comes to the best eating in the nation. Right up there with Chicago and Texas. This little unassuming place is worth traveling to. Amazing quantity for the price, don’t know how they make money! And the taste? Go find out for yourself cause I ain’t got the words. I just know I would come from Ohio to Alabama to eat a catfish sandwich and some backed beans. My whole crew went several times during our project and everyone was blown away
