Expansive menu of wide variety of American/fusion style dishes. The dessert menu with cheesecakes is huge too. The restaurant itself is big with numerous seating options. Plenty of staff to serve too. The food itself was nothing spectacular. Meatloaf was definitely a pleasant surprisingly good tho.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by for a meal and left incredibly full! The portions here are massive—definitely bring your appetite. I ordered the Fish & Chips, which came with several large pieces of battered fish, a mountain of fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce. The batter was crispy, though quite oily, which made it a bit heavy to finish. My wife had the Cuban Beef Sandwich, which was pressed perfectly and packed with flavor. The highlights: Portion Sizes: Huge. It was almost too much for one person, so consider sharing if you aren't starving. Value: Very reasonable prices for the amount of food you receive (before tip). We had a nice dinner. It wasn’t the best but wasn’t bad either. I had the chicken parm pizza and she had the buffalo chicken appetizer. Our waitress was great but left us alone for a while longer than either of us liked. We had cheesecake for desert and it was amazing! As always! I had the Adam’s chocolate peanut butter and she had the pineapple upside down. I highly suggest the pineapple upside down cake cheesecake to anyone! It’s our favorite! The restaurant was a little noisy but was very busy. Wasn’t a bad restaurant just a bit crowded and busy so it made it a little less desirable.

I have given this Cheese cake a bad review because of the host when we walked in was just rude and generally not a nice person. She should not be working at the front desk. My issue was I needed to charge my phone and asked there was anywhere to plug in a charger and she just said no and rolled her eyes The same staff member was showing another group to their table and another worker had his hands full of food and she would not move herself to allow him to pass.. she just rolled her eyes. She should not work in hospitality The staff member who waited our table was amazing. I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The customer service was awful—our server, Anika B., was inattentive and provided very poor service. We waited a long time for assistance, received little to no attention, and when our food finally arrived, it was cold. What made the experience even more upsetting was noticing that other guests around us were served hot food and received attentive, outstanding service, while we did not. The difference in treatment was very noticeable and left us feeling uncomfortable and overlooked.
