The Cheese Steak Shop

Ordered two sandwiches. Wasn't sure how spicy the peppers were so I asked for sweet peppers grilled and the hot peppers on the side just incase they were too hot for my husband. Both peppers were on his sandwich and the hot peppers were way too spicy for him. I called and they offered to remake his for him. They didn't tell me to bring back the sandwich that they made incorrectly back but I did anyway. One of the two ladies working wanted the sandwich back. They could have at the very least offered to let me keep it. It was me that had to make the extra trip because they didn't do it right the first time

I got the Gilroy cheesesteak. Oh my goodness! So yummy. I don't live in yuba City but next time I come through I'm going there. The only thing I can say is they should update their Google maps prices because it was $3 higher than it said. But worth it

Kimmy and Angel were very kind and welcoming as soon as me and my partner walked in. It was our first there so we needed a minute to look over the menu and the girls didn’t rush us in any way. Instead, they gave us their recommendations and answered any questions we had as they came up. You don’t find customer service like that often anymore. We ended up choosing The hoagie and it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be recommending to all of us our close friends and family. Our new favorite go-to spot.

Welcoming atmosphere with great customer service. An actual person takes your order and assists with any questions during the process. The food! It's delicious and has me coming back weekly.

This shop is pretty close to having the best cheese steak sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I get the original with cooked peppers and it’s smoking hot delicious. Unbelievable that this shop exists in Yuba City. You don’t have to go to Sacramento, just go here, I guarantee you it’s worth it. A bit expensive but very well made sandwich. Hope it stays for a long time
