Customer Reviews
First time trying this place and ordered the meatball po boy, Thai style wings, the perch po boy, the arugula salad, and a southern tier pumpking beer. The meatball po boy was the best meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. It had delicious sauce, cheese, and high quality meat. I also loved the bread it comes on! The Thai wings were so unique and delicious, you could tell the meat is fresh and high quality. The arugula salad was a great addition to balance out the meal. My boyfriend really liked the perch po boy and complimented the huge serving. Everything we got was only $66! Extremely reasonable!!
Are you kidding me? As I said today while we were there, this place is INSANE. In the best way. We had the Thai cheesesteak and it was to die for, also tried their new item the hot bun and it was devoured in minutes. Absolutely will be back, happy to call this the new go to place for dinner.
The Charlevoix is not your typical neighborhood bar. Most bars seem to specialize in just one or two dishes, but the menu here offers both quality and diversity. Furthermore, the ambiance is hip and welcoming. I've had two of the cocktails; the Oh, You Again and the Hot Hot Heat. The former reminded me of a mojito, while the latter was a bit spicy for my liking. My go-to dishes are the buttermilk fried chicken mini and the burger. The burger is a Monday only special. In 2024, the Detroit Metro Times released a list of must try burgers, and Charlevoix's made the cut. To say the least, the spot on the list was well-deserved. Although the chicken sandwich is listed as "mini," it's larger than your average slider. It's topped with cucumbers rather than pickles. I initially thought that was od
Eclectic. When asked what I thought about the menu I answered ´Eclectic’. The beer and wine menu were pretty robust but I thought the cocktail menu could be improved. The food was fantastic and there were choices for all of our weird allergies and preferences. I think my favorite thing was the Cauliflower Salad.
Had no idea what to expect!! Just moved to the neighborhood & wanted some lunch!! The food & drinks are amazing!! Nick is awesome & friendly. We felt right at home! This is a must try spot! They even have specials on the weekend & a rotating menu every few months!
