We had a lovely 3-night stay in the King Charles Suite at The Charleston of Milton Inn, and it was absolutely perfect. Milton is such a charming town, full of cozy coffee spots and antique shops—and this inn is truly a hidden gem. The suite felt like a luxury hotel—impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully appointed. We loved having a kitchenette and our own private porch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a custom headboard, high-quality linens, and a plush comforter. Even the towels and bathrobe were luxurious! Richard, the host, has truly thought of everything. He’s kind, generous, and clearly passionate about providing a top-tier experience. Charming Getaway in a Perfect Location This inn is a hidden gem nestled in a charming small town. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to a delightful Turkish coffee shop and a unique antique store, and only a brief drive to iconic Maryland beach towns like Lewes and Rehoboth. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with impeccably manicured grounds that create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Each room is thoughtfully designed and individually curated, offering its own unique story and ambiance—clearly crafted with care and attention to detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host Richard. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return for another memorable stay.

We are from NY and are building our dream home in Milton. We have been staying with Richard for the better part of a year as we check on the progress of the house. What better place to stay when building your dream home than in his dream home! It is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so attentive. We’ve stayed in all 3 amazing rooms and I don’t know which is my favorite! I once asked him if he knew what I would miss most about this special place… he said “the porch?” And I said “everything!” So glad we’ll only be 2 1/2 miles down the road.

What a fabulous luxurious Airbnb! We stayed in the pristine clean King Charles Suite for 3 nights. The ironed sheets, (wow), comfy bed, the covered porch where we enjoyed our wine at night, the kitchenette was well equipped, and what beautiful landscaping! We walked to the quaint town enjoying the restaurants and ice cream shop on the way back! Richard was a wonderful, caring host. Highly recommend staying here-it is the best Airbnb we have stayed in!!

This is a superb place to stay in the lovely town of Milton. Our room was like a suite and had everything you would need plus the most comfortable bed in the world. There were charming touches of art and furniture and a private balcony. Richard is a welcoming host and you will not be wanting for anything during your stay!
