The Capital Grille

We had such a great experience at The Capital Grille. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and just felt perfect for a nice night out. Our server Hailee was amazing and so attentive, especially with my allergy. She made sure everything was handled carefully, which I really appreciated. We started with the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and the crab and lobster cakes and both were delicious. My husband ordered the wagyu and I had the sliced filet, and both were cooked perfectly. Overall it was a really great night with excellent food and service. We’ll definitely be back.

Today,....at 1130am we had an Anniversary gathering for our CEO, President of 32 years. A party of 10, the service was amazing, the food was amazing, from the soups, salads, tuna, to the steaks, was amazing. The desert options were amazing. 1st time here, its Wednesday at the place was packed!!!! We had a private dining room, beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you to the Host and chefs at Capital Grille, take a bow!!!!!!

Dining at The Capital Grille was an experience that felt both indulgent and welcoming, I was immediately struck by the elegant atmosphere, but what truly stood out was the attentive service that made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, paired beautifully with a creamy risotto that elevated the meal, while the wine selection added just the right touch of sophistication. What made the evening memorable wasn’t just the food, but the way the staff anticipated every detail, creating a sense of ease that allowed me to simply enjoy the moment. It’s rare to find a place that blends fine dining with genuine warmth, and The Capital Grille delivered exactly that.

Cocktails were good, including the stoli, negroni and gin and tonic. For food we started with the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which was ok, we felt like it could have been cooked a little more and the portion of tomatoes and balsamic was small. The steak on the other hand was melt in your mouth delicious. It was absolutely perfect. The pepper crust on the au poivre was the perfect amount. Though the portion of bearnaise sauce we ordered was on the small side and there was no tarragon. We got a complimentary coconut cream pie for dessert as we were celebrating a birthday and while it was good it would have been nice if it was served with a birthday candle, a missed opportunity we thought to make it more special especially given the overall price. Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish—an easy 5 stars. From the moment we were seated, the service set the tone, and our server, Siobhan, was the standout of the day. The dishes were beautifully plated and full of nuanced flavors - I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Bisque. The ambiance was elegant yet warm, and we never felt rushed - just cared for. If you’re looking for a special-occasion spot where hospitality matches the cuisine, this is it.
