The Cajun Beach — Flagler Beach

Where do I begin??? If you are looking for great food and a fun atmosphere The Cajun Beach is your place! As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted and seated immediately by our waitress Denise. ( Who became auntie Denise by the time we left, Lol) We ordered our food and had a great time waiting by playing corn hole, the giant connect four game and listening to the great music. We did not have to wait long for the food to arrive. It was cooked fresh and every bite was absolutely amazing. I ordered the voodoo shrimp and truffle fries. The sauce on the shrimp was absolutely delicious and the truffle fries were the best that I have ever had. My girls ordered the fried green tomato po boy and the fried shrimp po boy. 7 months pregnant, had a craving for seafood and wow, did these guys deliver. The side of vegetables and corn were some of the best I’ve had in my life. The catfish poboy with Cajun sauce was delectable. So glad I gave in to my cravings today!

If you are looking for a chill place to hang out near the coast that has some pretty decent food, Cajun Beach is worth the visit. I especially enjoy the open mic nights on Thursday evenings starting a 5pm. I love the beach floor on the outside seating area. We had a nice fire pit that gave a cool hang out vibe while we listened to some acoustic sets from some local talent. I have had the freshly battered chicken tenders and the Cheeseburger. Both were much better than the typical burger and chicken tenders you would normally get at a bar/ restaurant. I especially appreciated the generous portion of the hand cut fries! Such a treat to enjoy fries that are not frozen!

Super authentic New Orleans food coming from somebody who is born and raised in New Orleans. Really good gumbo and fried alligator. Right on the beach

Cozy little place with good food! I got the fried catfish platter and it was so fresh and flavorful. I would recommend calling to make a reservation especially if you have more than 4 people just as a curtesy.
