It’s not. High end restaurant but it was a nice surprise in the “middle of nowhere.” My family had the Horseshoe half pound burger grilled cheese, and the half pound burger (?) and I had the Ultimate Burrito…beef was so fresh and good. If we come this way ever again would definitely stop by again.

As we walked in, we inquired if there was enough time to serve us. The time difference messed us up. It was 20 minutes to close. We were welcomed in and served a great meal. It was quick and delicious. We got the ultimate burrito and the Thursday enchilada special. Our bellies were full so we got the the lasagna cake to go. We recommend this cafe for the traveler who wants a good meal. Bonus was a good conversation with the staff.

I wish I could give this place a way higher rating. This is definitely a little hole in the wall place but it was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable. The food was fantastic. The staff was friendly and they even let me bring my cats inside (they stayed in their carriers, on the floor) I will most definitely be back and I will recommend this place to anyone who travels through.

Coming through from indiana to visit our kids in Colorado Springs and we were starving. No where to eat for miles and up pooped this gem! Mom and pop owned and he was born in evansville IN where we are from. Small world. Food was amazing including hand patties for burgers and hand cut fries. Must stop of near there at all.
