The Butcher's Block

We went to Butcher's Block for the first time for my husband's birthday and we will definitely be coming back got more. We walked in on a friday at 5:30ish and we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes. We ordered a jumbo shrimp appetizer and they were so good! My husband and I shared the steak for 2 since we're big ribeye people. It came with 4 sides. The steak came out perfect! I still dream about them steak and their baked potato. Our daughter got kids grilled chicken and it was so good too. Had a great grilled mark and taste. We can't wait to go back!

Best steak I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. Cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. I had the ribeye, my husband had the Texas tail and our daughter had the grilled shrimp. We all enjoyed our selections. Great food at an excellent price! The restaurant does not have a sign outside of the building (or at least one that I could see), which is probably why I haven’t noticed it before. Being new to the area, we like to try different restaurants that are locally owned. We will definitely be back!

I know a popular steakhouse was built right across the street but if you want the best steak in Greeneville this is the place. Steak is always cooked just right. Highly recommended!!

Without a doubt, this establishment serves the absolute best steak I have ever tasted. The building is incredibly unassuming from the outside, but the long queue and solid half-hour wait time provided all the evidence needed that this is a truly spectacular local gem. Worth every single minute of waiting!

This place ALWAYS! exceeds expectations! My wife had the bacon wrapped filet while I munched on a 24oz ribeye! Good heavens they were amazing! Our server (Danelle I believe) was on it! Never went without anything we needed! Do not and I repeat DO NOT! pass this little gem up.
