The Butcher and Barkeep

We thought it was a nice place to dine. We started with a cheese board which was absolutely delicious. Myy husband and I both ordered wine. I loved the Moscato! Next came our entrées. The sexy fries were great however the Mauhi Tacos and the short rib ans corn tacos were disappointing. The corn waa not sweet and there were bits of the hard corn cob in the taco. The meat has no seasoning. My husband did not feel hia taco had flavor. He said it tasted like a big fish stick. Our server was super nice and did a great job! I would recommend this restaurant just not the tacos.

The food is amazing. Unique flavors and diverse dishes. The Mahi Mahi dish was incredible. You have to eat all three components of the dish together to get the full incredible effect. Plus a new signature drink with buttered vodka was interesting and yummy!

This place was great! Brought my mom here for her 70th Birthday, they let me bring in a cake for a small fee ($2 a person) and brought it out with the candles lit to surprise her! The food was awesome and the general vibe of the place is dramatic and cozy

I had a great time at the restaurant. The people were super friendly and the staff were very attentive. We ordered the tacos and the sexy fries. They were both amazing. I would definitely return when I’m in the area.

My husband and I had dinner there last night. He ordered the New York Strip (special for the night). I ordered the Lobster croquettes. His was very good. When they brought my lobster croquettes out … the first bite I took from the edge of the croquette was delicious but as soon as I went towards the middle of the patty.. it was ice cold! The manager put in another order for me. This time… they looked entirely different. I ate most of them but I was disappointed…. Full of filling. Couldn’t taste lobster at all. They were square this time. Totally different shape and taste. Anyway, long story short… my meal was not good. I called our waiter over and told him although I ate most of it.. it was not good.
