The Burger Experience

Food is fine but the order is always messed up. Ordered a Double Bacon Chesseburger and it had no bacon. First time was good but the last two times did my order wrong.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The food is TERRIBLE. The fries are ice cold, and they won't give you the toppings you ask for - even the ones that cost extra. The burgers are TINY, severely charred, and will come with the default toppings no matter what you actually order. Expect wilted, bitter lettuce and a slimy bun 50% larger than the burger. You would get *vastly* better, higher quality food from any random fast food joint or gas station. Please don't give this place your money.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! Just like most of my fellow reviewers we experienced an over cooked burger that resembled a hockey puck and the toppings were missing from another burger. The fries had no seasoning that we paid extra for and were also overcooked! This is what I get for trying a new place…looks like it’s back to Red Robin for me!

All these people are haters. I had the burger and it was really good, in fact I’m salivating for more already. The meat is tender and tasty and the cheese has clearly been imported from Greece. Their lettuce farm at the back of their restaurant is beautiful and shows their attention to detail.

Ordered through Uber Eats which is usually fast (compared to other food delivery services I’ve used in this area). However we waited 2.5 hours for really horrible food. Worst food I’ve ever tasted. No one on my family liked the burgers or any of the three sides we ordered. Plus all of the toppings that were supposed to come on the burger were missing. No one finished their meal.
