First time in and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, fast service and great ambiance. Another thing i look for is the cleanliness. They have an open concept which makes it easy to see how clean the bar and kitchen is. Very impressed with the quality of food. I got the chciken French onion dip sandwich and gouda grits, hit the spot and was very filling. I will be back

I've never had a bad meal here. The food is always amazing and the staff is super friendly. Brand new hangover special sandwich today which was fantastic!

1st time experience - FANTASTIC Wednesday prime rib special absolutely worth it. Don't be late - sells out quickly. Happy Hour appetizers also excellent along with the drink specials. House wine was surprisingly well above "house" level. Chocolate mocha parfait - black forest in a jar! Extravagant and delicious. Absolutely a sharable. Bartender Steve was engaging, upbeat and competent tending bar, answering the phone and waiting our table. Heard that the wings are excellent - Thursday special. All in all - 7.8 out of 5 !! Highly recommend Will return

If you are in Safety Harbor, do yourself a favor and stop in here at the Brinehouse. They had quite possibly the best mushroom bisque I’ve ever had. Our group also got the Ybor Special (cuban sandwich), cauliflower mash (extra yum), and the large House salad with the house poppyseed dressing. Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfect. We will definitely be coming back to try more on the menu.

All the meats are brined so they taste fantastic no matter what... juicy and flavorful. Some of the sandwiches like the Cuban has a different twist... all for the better. Also had the pumpkin seed crusted salmon topped with fennel. Many gluten free options. Top notch place for brined meats and home made sandwiches and sauces.
