The Bridge Bistro & Brews

Two nights in one week due to being out of town for work. Great food and wonderful staff. Second night had the nice surprise of live music. Great on-tap list as well. Very cool place to eat and relax!

The staff and the space were great, but the food left something to be desired. Half of our party are vegan, so we ordered everything that would fall in themat category, and this definitely is not the place for that. The Pickle Fries tasted like fish from the oil. The French fries were actually pretty good 😋 The onion rings I'd say are a 5/10 (not great but I've definitely had worse. The cauliflower bites, I really wanted to like but I have yet to find anyone that makes them as good as I do at home for much less money in about the same amount of time. I was told the French Dip we quite underwhelming while he Blackened Chicken Salad was the winner of the meal.

Just passing through and stopped to feed our driver (and the rest of us) a late lunch. We found the ambiance quite nice as it looked like a cool place to hang out or catch a band in the evenings, in addition to having a comfortable eatery feel. We enjoyed the open air however there were several flies and we were wishing there was a screen on the open garage door. While this spot did not appear to feature local or organic ingredients, the food was clearly prepared with care and we all enjoyed our meals. The server and food runner/busser we interacted with were very attentive and genuinely friendly. We all agreed it was a successful pit stop and definitely would stop in again, for sure!!

Atmosphere is exactly what I wanted, they played great music, it's nice, clean and modern. The service was fantastic. And the food was drool worthy. 😋🤤we ordered their steak bites for an appetizer, best appetizer I HAVE EVER HAD. Perfect amount to share with my hubby. I had their key lime Martinis absolutely wonderful, they substituted heavy cream for oatmilk aghhh so so good so I bought another one! For the main course I ordered their fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. Everything was priced really well. My husband ordered a pizza and they didn't skimp on toppings, he said it tasted good but unfortunately the crust was burnt that's the only reason I didn't give them a 5 on food. The big wave pizza was fantastic…definitely one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The pickle fries were pretty good: too much batter to pickle ratio for my liking, but it was perfect for my wife. My wife had a wrap that had an excessive amount of sprouts on it, but she needs to eat healthier;) The 2 draft beers I had were excellent! The service was good. Our waitress/bartender was friendly and fun. Now for the bad: there is a golf simulator in the main bar area that is not shielded at all. Two dudes just hit driver after driver into that thing all evening, and it was LOUD! We moved to the other side, but it was still loud. PLEASE, put some soundproofing around this thing. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for this.
