The Brass Lantern Pub and Grill

I know lots of "local dives" that have great food and service. Unfortunately this is not one of them. It's not much to look at from the outside. The inside is bright, with lots of typical bar items, including video poker games, pool table, jukebox, etc. Came here on a Monday afternoon, after the lunch crowd. The was one other patron at the bar. We were the only table eating food. There were several staff at the bar, including the owner/cook, chatting it up and having a good time, and we got off to a great start. Our server got our party of 5 settled in with a clean wiped table and waters. The menu has typical bar, with includes unique burgers that we took a big interest in. Excellent food and service! The patty melt is delicious. Very good burgers, wings, fries, and homemade chips.

Good food, good service, not much else to say. It was a great time and we'll be back for sure.
