Do not order from them. This is not my first experience with the poor quality of the flowers. I ordered a $160 birthday bouquet that arrived with most of the roses already fully opened and the other flowers wilting. By the next day all the roses had wilted. The pot had a makeshift tape configuration to hold flowers in place. I have never seen anything like this. Last year I cancelled a subscription after the third order for similar reasons. I requested a full refund and have yet to receive a reply.

I ordered the Black Magic bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day because she loves dark flowers, and the photos online made them look beautiful and unique. Unfortunately, what arrived was nothing like the pictures. Two roses came broken, and even though they were kept in water the entire time, the rest never bloomed — they just dried up and died within a week. I’m extremely disappointed. The quality was terrible for the price, and the flowers did not resemble what was advertised at all. The tint used on the petals also stains anything it touches, so be careful if you still decide to order. I wanted a beautiful bouquet for a dear friend’s birthday. I thought it would be nice to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers. Well, it turns out we were both surprised. Please see the pictures below. I paid $72.08 for a motley and scraggly few flowers. I would have done better picking flowers from the side of the road. I paid $72.08 and that was after a $16 promo code. To say I was disappointed, is a gross understatement. (Please note, in the first picture the large orange flower at the top is from a different arrangement) This is totally unacceptable and highway robbery. I would never use this company again. Thank goodness I asked to see pictures.

My son send me a bouquet from Bouqs.co. Based on the description it was called delux 20 stem tulip. Describe to be locally grown farm fresh quality. I received 2 bunches of 10 tulips each. Very short and small, absolutely dry and half dead. The bunches wrapped in plastic perfectly match the 10 tulip buquet I see in our local supermarket for $5.99 a bunch. How is this a delux bouquet? How is this a farm fresh flowers? I do jot want to upset my son who tried to send me a good gift but it is clear that the company takes advantage of people and send cheap quality flowers for the price of luxury ones. I want the company to send me a replacement bouqet that would really be fresh and delux as pre description without involving my son or upsetting him.

BEWARE!!!!! This is a review for my latest order - which was a sympathy wreath for my grandmothers funeral. I ordered a beautiful white standing wreath and had it directly sent to the funeral home. What I received was an absolute embarrassment and I feel sick to my stomach with the absolute garbage I received. I received a small arrangement that is like a centerpiece. Some flowers were wilted and the greenery was dry and brittle. When I reached out to customer service they had the audacity to say my order was correct and that it was subject to “slight” variations.
