My first time going was yesterday. The server was nice along with another guy I’m not sure his role. He kept coming making sure I was ok. The server did the same. I got a catfish basket the food was seasoned nice and fresh. I also got lemon pepper fries. Soo good. I will be going back
This was my first time at The Boiling Crab....I ordered the "Get It Dirty" combo, lemon pepper fries and a Mezcal Paloma drink. The Boil and French Fries were seasoned perfectly. My server Lucas was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back!
Food was excellent and drinks were tasty. If you looking for spice, flavor and deliciousness then this is a great spot. Service was also wonderful and friendly.
I’m really disappointed because I usually love The Boiling Crab when I dine in. The seasoning and spice level are always amazing, which is why I decided to order delivery this time. I spent over $80 expecting the same quality I get in the restaurant, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp, and they were extremely mushy. I’m not sure if they were overcooked or not fresh, but the texture was very off and honestly inedible. Out of the entire pound, maybe only two to four shrimp were actually firm enough to eat. That was very upsetting because shrimp was my main protein and what I was craving the most. My boyfriend also ordered shrimp, and his were mushy as well. The mussels were okay, and as always, the sauce and seasoning were great. That’
It was pretty good. Service from waitress could've been a little better and faster but overall it was a good experience. The host at the front door was good though. He was on top of it. I also didn't like that everything was an add on and expensive with the seafood boil in a bag. And you only get one cluster with the boil in bag... I had to add on another cluster which was expensive also. However, the flavor was bomb. My friend said the lobster roll was really good and the lemon pepper fries was good. The seating and space is nice. They have an upstairs and downstairs which is nice. Well lit but not overly bright. The upstairs view was lovely... . You can see the city lights. I would give them a second shot though. They seem like they are learning as they go.
