Customer Reviews
First time in. Waitress was nice and helpful. Place was clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a burger.
The atmosphere here is your standard small town bar. There are hints of Irish flair and a very welcoming feel. I ordered 5 wings ($11) with Kentucky Bourbon Bbq sauce. They were excellent a fantastic crunch from the breading and the chicken was juicy. The sauce was fantastic. It all combined to make wings worth coming back for. I also ordered a 1/2 Ib French Onion Burger ($13). This Steak burger has a homemade chip dip with chips on it, plus sauteed onions, and swiss cheese. It is a unique and delicious burger. The burger itself is juicy and tasty, then you add these unique toppings and it's a home run. The service was amazing. I was there at an off time, but they were very attentive and friendly. Overall a 5 star review. Would I return? Absolutely! Even at 90 miles away I will return.
The owner is very hands on. Helps cook when needed, clears tables, delivers orders, takes time to chat with customers when he can. The waitress staff is an A+, all of them. Quick to fill your drink, take your order and continuous checks to see if everything is great. Food always well prepared, good portion sizes. French fries are hand cut and fresh deep fried. Specials daily that are not on the menu. The restaurant/bar is small, but the perfect size for area. Lottery games/pull tabs available.
Very nice looking place. Got seated right away. Brought us delicious coffee and cream. Even though they have all kinds of spirits! We had steak sandwich, mushrooms, sweet potato fries and a burger the burgers can be 1/3 or 1/2 pound done any way you want. I got 1/3 medium rare. It was fantastic. All the food was excellent and the coffee was so good we got another cup. The service was very good and quick. A really nice place. We will definitely stop in again when we're passing through. Prices were good. Nice clean place very nice waitresses.
Emily was our waitress, and she was great!!! The place was super cool, great menu selections, and our food was delicious!!!! Gotta try the Reuben Sandwich, and for an appetizer, try the homemade potato chips with homemade french onion dip!!! A+ ♥️😋
