The blue blossom/Sushi/Chinese

I ordered sushi takeout from The Blue Blossom this evening, and I was thoroughly impressed. Every piece of fish was exceptionally fresh, delicately sliced, and beautifully presented. The quality truly surpasses many nearby sushi restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the neighborhood — it’s absolutely worth a visit. The interior also has a refined and inviting atmosphere, and I’m very much looking forward to dining in next time. Best sushi in Williamsburg

Love this place! I brought in some heart trays for a party and asked them to fill them up, and they did so beautifully and were extremely accommodating. Everyone said the sushi was high quality and delicious, and you could tell how much care they put into making it. Even the wasabi heart shaped and they very nearly packaged everything and helped me carry it too! They even threw in a bottle of sake on the house and were so kind. I hadn’t found a sushi spot I liked in Williamsburg until this one - highly recommend!

Truly a wonderful experience. The sashimi, sushi & gyoza were SO delicious. Service was lovely. I didn’t try any sake but the menu had a great variety. The green tea was best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, & thank you so much to the owner if he sees this!

This is by far the most beautifully prepared takeout I’ve ever had . From the moment I placed my order to picking it up, it took less than 20 minutes. I ordered sushi, and the second I opened the box my mind told myself that I had to take a picture — it was simply stunning. High end quality of fish. Every piece of fish was top quality, with different toppings you’d normally only find at a high-end omakase restaurant, yet here it costs just a third of the price. I was completely blown away. Best sushi I’ve ever had! U have to try.

From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely incredible. Jake and the rest of the staff went above and beyond—attentive, friendly, and on point with every detail. They made the whole experience feel special. And the food? Stellar. Every single dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. Easily the best sushi we’ve ever had in Brooklyn—maybe anywhere. If you’re looking for top-tier sushi with unmatched service, this is the place. We will definitely be back! 🍣🔥
