The Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.®

We arrived at our hotel quite late and walked across the road to this little Bistro in the Marriott Courtyard hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly chef Kerri and the attractive choices at reasonable prices. We chose the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup and found a comfortable corner to eat. Both were excellent and Kerri’s friendly demeanour, especially after a long day, made it great.

I know it's an airport hotel, so overpriced and low-quality is to be expected, but still. I just felt so scammed, and I'm pretty sure I experienced this before but forgot and didn't write a review or anything... so this review more than anything is for my own memory. The attitude of the overworked individual who staffs the place also felt pretty deja vu and disappointing in contrast to the hotel check-in counter.

Gas station food at fine dining prices. A microwaved egg sandwich on a hard hamburger bun for $13 is called The Bistro Breakfast Sandwich. Embarrassingly bad. We all have to eat and this Courtyard looks to take advantage of its captive audience. Things are expensive today but hotels can attempt to do a good job at least. And this one has not made an attempt.

OMG. This burger is smaller than a child's meal. 15 for a tiny shoe leather cooked to death sore excuse for food. Lady at register was Amazingly nice. not her fault.

We invited friends here for our last night in Colorado. Kerri, our pleasant server, waited on us hand and foot even though she was super busy. Our salads were delicious. I asked for a medium rare salmon on my Ceasars salad. They cooked it to perfection. Just to point out, the wine was very pricey at $17.00 a glass. Other than this disappointment we all were very satisfied. Thank you!
