The Big Easy NC

Sat down and noticed the menus they gave us felt kind of oily… looked up and saw a sanitation rating of 92! Otherwise, good food and atmosphere. It was empty when we walked in and busy by the time we left, so service was slow with only 1 server. They were able to accommodate my shellfish and tree nut allergies, which is not easy for a Cajun restaurant. I hope to go back and see if I could try chicken & sausage gumbo or jambalaya.

Omg…is this my new FAVORITE HIDDEN 💎 gem. I visited on a Saturday night. I sat at the bar. I attached my meals below but I personally had the fish platter…. AMAZING. Service was great and the girl at the bar was on her stuff. Definitely recommend!

Great atmosphere with a lot of great Cajun inspired food! The servings are large and the drinks are strong yet tasty! Love the fried alligator bites and Taste of Louisiana platter!

This was my first dining in with a coworker. I couldn't believe the rating is at a 4.1. After today's meal. I give it a 4.6. Out of all the restaurants, I've been to DT Raleigh. This was a very memorable visit. I ordered salmon, sweet potato fries, & sautéed spinach with a cup of seafood gumbo. Absolutely delicious. My only negative was the lack of seasoning on the salmon. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal. Would definitely return in the future.

Wow! It’s the only word I have to express my experience at The Big Easy. I finally had a shrimp and grits and I had the Crab and crawfish eggs as appetizers. Wow!!! . I live in Jacksonville , Florida and came to visit family and come to this Spot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Do t cook tonight and come eat at The Big Easy. You won’t regret it.
