The Berry Patch

We didn't know it closed at 5:30pm, which was our fault, so unfortunately we didn't have a lot time as we showed up as they were closing down. But it was nice and the souvenir was cute and the pickles were good. A little pricey. The ice cream was fantastic. I got a strawberry sundae. Wish we had more time. Hoping to come back again.

This place is a must stop if you’re passing by. We usually stop for ice cream but they have much more. Today, we had the apple cobbler with ice cream. Get it with caramel and pecans. It was excellent. We also had a chocolate shake. They have plenty of parking, a place for the pets to take a break, plenty of fresh produce, drinks in a bottle, country ham, honey, pumpkins, watermelons, pickles, you name it. The bathroom line can be a bit long but I did notice today that they added an extra bathroom outside. It’s not perfect but it gets the job done. It’s exit 25 off the highway. It’s a great place to get some ice cream, sit in a rocking chair and take a break.

A must stop on the way to the beach. Great variety of produce and local products. Always new items to see. The fruit dip is very good. The homemade ice cream is wonderful (strawberry is a must). Bring an extra bag or a cooler because you will leave with all kinds of goodies. Lots of places to sit and rest and room for the kids to play. Food trucks are sometimes there. The Mexican food truck is outstanding

Love this place! It's our halfway point from home to the beach. We stop EVERY time coming & going. Blackberry Cobbler is the best when in season. But love the ice cream, cones, cups, fruits, vegetables & just recently purchased packs of sausage which was really good.

Have been meaning to try this place for so long and finally did. They have so much more than I thought they would. Fresh produce, mini shop, play area and the ice cream is actually really good. It can get crowded during the weekend but well worth the trip. I had the oreo ice cream, and like I said, it did not disappoint.
