The BE Hive Deli & Market

The Be-Hive is a fantastic addition to the Mueller area and one of the most interesting vegan spots in Austin. Even if you’re not strictly vegan, this place does a great job showing how creative and satisfying plant-based food can be. So far I’ve tried several items from their menu—chocolates, snacks, cakes, and fries—and every one of them has been excellent. The quality and flavor really stand out, and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into the ingredients and preparation. The desserts in particular are impressive, proving that vegan treats can be just as indulgent and delicious. One of my favorite discoveries here is their mushroom coffee and protein coffee options. We aren’t in Nashville but at this deli it sure feels like it!!! Soooo many options for vegan fried chick’n and some healthier foods too. We ordered the Big Chick Sandwich and split it with another order of the Picnic Sub and fries. Coming back to try more delicious food soon. We can’t believe how good the food is here!!
