Every time I come here to eat the service gets better and better. Just walking inside makes me feel at home. Everyone greets you with a warm smile, never have to wait for a refill. The food.... don't get me started on the food. Sooooo good. I would give 20 stars if I could. If you're in the mood for some great food and you're not at The Balcony you're missing out.
Had ribeye steak and blackened shrimp with cup of chicken and sausage gumbo. Gumbo was little bland with a lighter roux. Steak was cook as asked for but it was also bland. The blackened shrimp was on point and best part of meal. All in all good and service was polite and professional.
Our events at The Balcony are quite special. We have a private venue with just our guests & that makes them even better
Pretty disappointing experience. The food was bland and overcooked. the service was ‘so-so’ and slow. We ended up taking up the majority of the food and giving it to someone else.
The grilled oysters and fried shrimp were phenomenal. Great cajun cooking in a family owned and operated restaurant.
