Came in for the first time on a Thursday. So many options on baked goods and we saw more items came out fresh from their kitchen as we were filling our baskets, even the front counter pastry case is fully stocked! Clean atmosphere and welcoming friendly staff. Ensaymada, pandesal, spanish bread, cheese rolls and puto! All tastes close to home, all soft and yummy! Mamons and cakes are also not too sweet. I will definitely come back to try more items! Food: we ordered the bistek sandwich, beef empanada and loaded longanisa fries ! All good but we loved the empanada the most! Nice flaky not oily not doughy and yummy beef filling!! The Bistek sandwich is also surprisingly good very unique concept! Loaded fries were hot and fresh. Just hoping more drizzle of the mayo/ aioli to even out the sa
I didn’t know this place was near me! I wish I would have found it sooner before moving away. I enjoyed the pandan matcha and lumpia here. Decent amount of parking spots and a big enough space for a lot of people to sit inside. The only thing I didn’t like was the music. It is so LOUD. Please turn it down, it’s very over stimulating. I went in the evening and the morning and it was blaring both times. Aside from that, this would be a great spot to bring a laptop and chill.
The Baker’s Son Bakery is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is something special. Everything is fresh, vibrant, and clearly made with care. We tried the hotdog bread! It was soft, fluffy, slightly sweet roll packed with savory sausage, melted cheese, and herbs. Comfort food at its finest. The ube cheese bread was outstanding. And the round bread filled with grated coconut and brown sugar (pan de coco) was pure nostalgia in a bite. Soft, pillowy bread with that yummy coconut filling, not overly sweet, just comforting. The drinks were just as impressive. The layered ube and matcha drink was stunning and refreshing. The brown sugar milk tea with boba was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the heart behind this place. It’s not just a
Grand opening of the Kissimmee location! First in line Saturday morning and you can feel the anticipation and excitement in the air. While we were waiting to go in, the head baker came out and offered all of us a free sample of their best seller, pandesal bread. It was fresh out of the oven. Tasted so good. Just enough sweetness, but well balanced in texture and flavor. Soft, warm, and delicious. Upon entering, the smell of baked goods, coffee, and breakfast filled the air. The baked good are on the left side of the store. The center is where you pay and can purchase food (we ordered breakfast), coffee, and drinks. The right side have the drinks/coffee bar. We didn't get to take a picture of the breakfast we ordered or the matcha lattes. Let's just say the food was amazing and delicious (S
It's great to have a Filipino bakery in the Kissimmee area, and The Baker's Son is off to a good start. The bakery items we tried were fresh and tasty, and it's always nice to support a business that brings Filipino culture and flavors to the community. The Spam Silog, Lumpia Silog, Longsilog, and the Longanisa Burger were all great. The Pinoy pancakes were nice and fluffy, we were just not a fan of evaporated milk poured over it. I wish some of the Ube flavored breads have more Ube flavor in it. I also hope they consider adding more Filipino cakes and traditional pastries in the future. This place get really busy, the experience can be a bit overwhelming. The lines for bakery items get very long, and having an additional register would make a big difference in improving the flow and red
