The Bacon Strip

The Bacon Strip is a cozy, casual brunch restaurant on Second Street in Coplay, known for its hearty breakfast plates. It's open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday until 7:00 PM. Even though it was the middle of the day, I still couldn't resist ordering breakfast. This time around I went with the Bacon Strip Wrap, packed with crispy bacon, American cheese, onion, and jalapeños. They were out of home fries, so I opted for hash browns instead. My friend ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on a buttery-crisp croissant, served with hot, golden-brown French fries. All the food was well prepared, the staff was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I'm happy to see this place back in action.

Great spot! Emily and crew are so much fun! The pancakes and bacon are made to order and super flavorful! Can't wait to go back and try the bacon topped French toast with an icing drizzle 👀👀🤤 I meant to get pictures but ate everything too fast. Next time!

Before vs After. This place reminds excellent. From the service to the quality of food. I constantly enjoy my time here. Thank you to everyone. To the newcomers, thank you for your confidence. Keep up the good work. The cook makes amazing french toast!!!! Highly recommend 😌.

It's a shame couldn't wait to get there since the reopen. We were there a lot in the past. We finally get there. We order our breakfast which we ordered 3 meals. For the 2 of us so we could just try a little bit of each I get my coffee, my wife orders a drink. Did not get it asked 2 more times and then we decided to leave and not have breakfast And then the woman behind the counter Tells my wife not to give her server a hard time. Which my wife did not give the server. A hard time she just told the reason we were leaving and not gonna have breakfast. Which was she did not get her drink That she asked for but the server came back to the table. Asking if I wanted more coffee still without my wife's drink? And it's a shame because I was really looking forward for breakfast We could not wait f
