The Atom Bistro and Coffee Bar

Got the Omega Bowl twice this week, and I’ll probably go a third time. Ordering through the app was super quick and easy and it was ready at the drive-thru in 10 minutes. So nice having something convenient yet healthy and SO tasty. I have noticed the menu has been adjusted a few times in the recent past. Please don’t ever take this item away!!!!

First off, I'd like to say that my husband and I went through the drive through, and were treated as though we went inside. There was no disconnect of service, the girl that helped us at the window (I didn't get her name, and I wish I had) was so sweet and pleasant, and helped us with our order. I ordered the Squatch burrito, which is their house breakfast special. It was enormous, delicious, and absolutely loaded with flavor. I'm a home chef, and I've never once considered making a creme remoulade out of sausage, Rotel and cream cheese. But that sauce was amazing. I could barely finish the burrito, but I overcame the challenge. I also ordered an Atom Breakfast Sandwich, which was also incredibly delicious. This place is such a gem. Great food and delicious coffee. They advertise most items are made from scratch and it shows!

I was positively charged by this café eatery like a Proton. Similar to the Atom, the building block of life, I was upbuilt by the amazing pastries and breakfast sandwich I had. At its nucleus, this place is a coffee shop and provided me an amazing iced latte. Wow. And you know whats better than a rice crispy treat?? A brown butter rice crispy treat. Ill take 3 to go.
