The Artisan GLTHS

My son and I dined at The Artisan at Greater Lowell Technical High School and it was an exceptional experience. It genuinely felt like a fine dining environment, and the service was outstanding for a student-run restaurant. Elijah was our server and he was more attentive than many professional servers I’ve had locally. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the dessert was unreal. The salad bar was set up like Ruby Tuesday’s, with great extras like roasted sweet potatoes and roasted nuts, and I loved seeing students regularly checking temperatures at the salad and soup stations. I’ve owned a restaurant and I’m cautious about eating out, but I felt very confident in the cleanliness and food quality here. Reservations were simple online, and the check-in process was easy with ID

I just discover this place 2 weeks ago and already been there 3 times. The food is delicious and you can't beat those prices anywhere. I did my booking online and was able to get a table in the next 30 min. They only open 11:15am to 1:00pm. So far all the food I tried is nicely presented, the flavor is amazing. Just be patience with your waitres, they are kids learning their hospitality skills. Theh also have a function room that can be rent it. Note, Not alcohol beverages are served here because this restaurant is inside the Lowell Tech School. You need an ID to get inside the premises.

The holiday lunch buffet was great. So organized abs the students so well trained. Everything was terrific. Kuddos to the students , their teacher and of course the awesome chef. !!!

My only complaint is for the plastic containers used for the food. They seem to leak or seep. I’ve had liquid contents (oil, sauce, etc.) leak on my clothes.

Alanna was a wonderful and kind server! She is a very special young lady and because of her kindness we can't wait to come back!!😊
