The Arch Restaurant

I have never had french cuisine till dining here. My words would truly fall shorts for how outstanding the food tastes and the service is. So many attentive personnel. The atmosphere took you out of Brewster, New York and into a warm and peaceful far-off place. For my first experience myself, my husband, our kids and family members have been incredibly impressed. We will be returning, and I am eager to do so.

All around one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The service from our server Zenel and the rest of the front of the house were very attentive and never had me asking for anything. The ambiance was eclectic with a focus on a cozy but romantic vibe. The freshness of the food is a major highlight. With the fresh and warm housemade bread at the start, to the handmade Agnolotti pasta, the preparation is exceptional. Chef Casanova brings class and complexion to the plate in the best way possible. Will definitely return and will recommend to anyone who is looking for suberb food, ambiance, and service.

What an improvement! This restaurant has been revamped and feels much nicer than before. The food was very good. Great service. Will definitely be back!

Been enjoying this restaurant for years. Met family there last night and everything was perfection. Love the fire place, and the servers were so pleasant and professional. The food was divine. We all agreed we need to come more often!

If there is one reason alone to make the trip, it is the Crispy Artichoke (Artichaut) appetizer. It is a masterclass in texture and flavor balance. The artichokes are prepared to a perfect golden crispness and served with a Meyer lemon aioli that provides just the right amount of bright acidity. The Arch excels in providing a world class dining experience, and unlike many other higher price point "fine dining" establishments in the area, the quality is well worth the $$-$$$ range here. Each meal is sure to be memorable.
