The reason for the review is that I thought it was important to alert future patrons to be careful of chewing their food and at least inspecting every bite. I took a bite and felt something hard. It hurt my teeth. When I spit out whatever was in my mouth, I found a hard metal wire (see photo). I know accidents may happen but this was very off putting. If I had swallowed that, or bit down any harder, who knows if I would’ve had to go to the ER or chipped a tooth. I felt pretty paranoid for a while wondering if I might’ve mistakenly swallowed a foreign object during my dinner here. For sure, I lost my appetite. I let the two employees know and they were very shocked and confused by what it could be. I got a small little “sorry” as I was already out the door. Again, I know mistakes can hap
The Angry Jerk absolutely delivered. The food quality was top tier—jerk chicken was fire, perfectly seasoned with just the right kick, and the mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and straight-up addictive. Every bite hit. The ambiance was on point too. Great vibe, great energy, and the music was fire, which really set the mood and made the experience even better. Shoutout to Curtis for the amazing service. Attentive, friendly, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to everyone.
My first time here, and it was absolutely amazing, If you personally love Caribbean food this a great place to go. Great customer service, well clean shop, and food was delicious. I will be coming again💯 Catch that great late night specials Fridays and Saturdays 12-4am $10.99‼️
Really disappointed with the quality of service here. Our friend ordered the same dish and received a proper portion, but ours came with much less food — and somehow at a higher price for the exact same thing. The food was just okay, nothing special, but what made it worse was the poor service. The staff also need to be more mindful about cleanliness — several tables weren’t cleaned properly. Definitely not the kind of experience we expected.
This place is fire. Easy 5 stars. I’m an out of towner and was looking for some delicious, nutritious post workout food and this spot did not disappoint. The sorrel juice is highly recommended. Brian killed it with the recommendations and good vibes and good music 🔥
